Swimmers should come to practice prepared each day with:
- Water bottle
- Swim cap
- Goggles
- Fins
What are the Family Obligations?
A full breakdown of volunteering and family obligations can be found here.
What meets should my swimmer sign up for?
Our team meet schedule is posted on our website under the “Meets & Events” tab. This page lists the meets our team plans to attend. Each meet will include Target Groups. If your swimmer’s group is listed, they are encouraged to attend that meet. If you are unsure whether a meet is a good fit for your swimmer, please ask a coach.
Where do parents sit during practice?
At both the SRJC Pool and Ridgway Pool, parents and caregivers should sit in the bleachers during practice. At the SRJC outdoor pool, parents may also sit on the upper deck. The pool deck is reserved for swimmers and coaches so they have the space they need to focus and train safely.
